Janice is a K9 Handler with K9-One SAR for 10 years and a current Board Member. She has a BS/Biological Science, MA/Business Management, Certified Canine/Equine Sports Massage Therapy. She also holds an Associates in Canine Assistance Therapy.

Some of Janice's many qualifications are as Principal Trailing Evaluator for NSDA, SARTEC II, Wilderness First Aid, ARC First Aid/CPR and K9 First Aid. 
She is a Mentor with Burt Crawford and has trained and worked 3 Certified Trailing canines, currently working two (Kate & Quinn) Certified Trailing dogs – both certified in Wilderness, Suburban and Urban environments.
