Roderick Johnson
I began my journey with Mantrailing in 2000 when I got my first Bloodhound. A year later, in 2001, I became a member of the National Police Bloodhound Association (NPBA) and have been actively involved ever since. I started instructing for the NPBA in 2015 and in 2004 I joined Virginia Bloodhound Search and Rescue (VBSAR), where I also began teaching in 2015.
In 2021, I expanded my role to instruct for Indiana Bloodhound Search and Rescue. Currently, I serve as the trainer/handler for the McKean County District Attorney’s Office Detective K9 Division. I am a member of Mountaineer Search and Rescue, as well as North Central PA Dive-Recovery and K9 Search.
